Culottes were a short girl's nightmare once upon a time ago. Now I feel anyone can wear them with just a simple trick. I tend to break fashion rules because I can and you can too! One of this years biggest trends was the lace-up top and I have to say one of my favorites too. I wanted lace-up everything and still do!
