We all know the movie and those iconic thigh high boots. Yes, I'm referring to Pretty Woman. Julia Roberts  made the mini skirt and thigh high boots combo famous. I've hung up my thigh highs for too long and I'm ready to wear them this season. Mini skirts were a huge trend this past Spring/Summer and will continue to be for the colder season. The best way is to wear mini skirts this Fall/Winter is to wear them with over the knee or thigh high boots. I've styled mine today with a monochrome outfit.
